Buccaneers and OT Tristan Wirfs reached agreement on a five-year, $140.63 million contract extension that now makes him the highest-paid offensive lineman in NFL history!

Well worth it. I hope the team continues to give the big contracts to the players that have earned it. Glad he will be a Buc for the next five years and hopefully his whole career. He is an easy guy to root for.

I am very happy we got Wirfs for the next five years. How are the Bucs doing all of this? Winfield Jr. the highest paid safety, resigned Evans to a big deal, resigned Baker, got Lavonte back, and now Wirfs as highest paid o-lineman ever. Wild. Got to give credit to Licht and Greenburg for all of this. Amazing work.

Let’s Go, Bucs!!!

Very happy he got extended. Great player and teammate. Now let’s not have any guards falling on the back of his calf in practice and we will be golden.
